Common questions

Which one should I go to first?

If money is the main pressure, start with the SSO. If your situation involves family, mental health, or you just feel overwhelmed, start with an FSC. If you've lost work, e2i puts real job leads in front of you faster than any other channel. If you're caring for a parent or grandparent, AIC Link coordinates everything eldercare-related in one conversation.

Can I go to more than one?

Yes. The agencies refer to each other freely, and the schemes stack. People who've lost work often visit both e2i (for the job pipeline) and an SSO (for ComCare interim cash). Caregivers often loop in both AIC Link and an FSC.

What if I'm not sure which one fits?

Use the matcher. Three to five quick questions and we'll point you at the office that handles your situation — plus any government schemes, VWO programmes, or community grants you might qualify for.
