Quick answers

Lost a document?
Locked out of Singpass?

Some things don't need the full checker. If you just need to know who to call or what it costs, the answer is below. No login needed.

For complex situations — money, jobs, housing, family — use the matching checker instead.

I lost my IC (NRIC)

ICA — Immigration & Checkpoints Authority · About $300 (lost) or $10 (damaged)

You don't need a police report. Go straight to ICA.

Apply for a replacement IC at the ICA Building. Book an appointment online before you go — walk-ins are not accepted for IC replacement. Bring any old photo of yourself for the application if you have one. ICA will take a fresh photo at the counter.

What to bring:

  • Birth certificate or any old IC photocopy if you have one
  • Any other photo ID (passport, driving licence)

I lost my passport

A police report IS needed for a lost passport (different from a lost IC).
