How to apply
A CPF nomination that pays your child with special needs a monthly amount (at least $250/month) after you pass away, instead of a lump sum. Both parent and child must be Singaporean or PR, and the child's permanent disability is verified by a Disability Verification Form. Apply through SG Enable's Future Care Planning Resource Centre, then make the nomination at a CPF Service Centre.
