Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above qualify for enhanced funding of up to 90% of programme cost for SSG-supported courses, and at least 90% of MOE-subsidised diploma to postgraduate at NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD, SIT, SUSS, ITE, polytechnics, and arts institutions.
