Singapore's four SHGs — CDAC for the Chinese community, MENDAKI for the Malay/Muslim community, SINDA for the Indian community, and the Eurasian Association — receive monthly CPF contributions and run bursaries, tuition, family support, and hardship grants. Apply directly to the SHG for your community.
