How to apply

An automatic rebate for HDB households with a Singapore Citizen owner or occupier — nothing to apply for. Bigger help for smaller flats (3.5 months of S&CC for 1- and 2-room, down to 1.5 for Executive), paid across the year. Not eligible if any owner has private property or the whole flat is rented out. Check at MyHDB with Singpass.
