How to apply
For female Singapore Citizens aged 50+ living in the North East District with income of $2,300 or less per person (or holding a CHAS Blue/Orange card): free mammogram screening, and up to $10,000 ($5,000 medical + $5,000 living costs) if diagnosed with breast cancer. A separate colorectal track covers residents of Tampines only. Apply via the CDC's online form — they never ask for upfront payment.
