How to apply

An interest-free loan covering 25% to 100% of tuition fees (after tuition grant) for Malay/Muslim Singaporean or PR students doing their first full-time diploma or degree at a local government institution. You need one guarantor (two if fees exceed $100,000). Repayment starts at $50/month and rises after graduation. Apply online via MyMENDAKI.
