Helps pay for costly medicines (like some cancer or heart drugs) not on the standard subsidised list.

Who can apply

• Singapore citizens or Permanent residents
• Per-person income up to $7,000/month

How to apply

Subsidises expensive medicines on the MAF list for Singaporeans and PRs treated at public healthcare institutions, based on your household income per person (up to 75% for lower-income Citizens). It is applied automatically from your means-test at the hospital — no separate form. Ask the medical social worker if you need more help.
