$500 a year for families with a child up to 6 years old, living in the North West district, who are supported by KidSTART. You do not apply openly — eligible families get an invitation letter from North West CDC, then register with supporting documents. If your child is on KidSTART in the North West, ask your KidSTART officer about it.
