Forgot your Singpass password or locked out? Here is how to get back in.

How to apply

Option 1: Reset online at singpass.gov.sg using your NRIC and registered mobile/email. Option 2: Use the Singpass app's face verification. Option 3: Visit any Singpass counter at a CC or ICA — bring your NRIC. If your mobile number has changed, you must go in person. Counters are at all Community Clubs and ICA Building (10 Kallang Road).
