How to apply
Apply online at ica.gov.sg using Singpass — costs $300 (lost) or $100 (damaged). If you cannot apply online, visit ICA Building at 10 Kallang Road. Bring a police report if lost. New IC is ready in about 5 working days. Sincerely, if you cannot afford the fee, ask your SSO social worker — they can sometimes help with the cost.
