How to apply

Birth certificate: Apply at ica.gov.sg ($35). Marriage certificate: Apply at rom.gov.sg ($35). Divorce certificate: Through the Family Justice Courts. Death certificate: From ICA or the hospital that certified the death. Most can be done online with Singpass. If you do not have Singpass, visit ICA Building at 10 Kallang Road.
