How to update your address on IC

Moved house? You must update your IC address within 28 days. Here is how.

• Singapore citizens or Permanent residents

• Singpass
• Proof of new address

How to apply

Update online at ica.gov.sg using Singpass — it is free. You must do this within 28 days of moving. If you cannot do it online, visit ICA Building at 10 Kallang Road. You do not get a new physical IC card — the address is updated in the system. If you need a new card with the updated address, apply for a re-issue ($10).
