How to apply

If you put money into a Special Needs Trust for your disabled family member, the government matches your contributions up to $10,000 (and Community Chest gives $5,000 to open a new trust account). For families where income per person is $3,600 or less. Runs 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2031, with a 5-year top-up window per account. Download the GOAL+ form and email or post it to SG Enable's Future Care Planning Resource Centre.
