Annual cash award for top-performing Singaporean students from lower- to middle-income households.

Who can apply

• Singapore citizens
• Household income up to $9,000/month

How to apply

Paid into the student's Edusave account each year. Top 25% of students in their level qualify if household income is $9,000/month or less (or per-capita income $2,250 or less). School administers — no separate application.
