Home visits and community activities for needy seniors in 1- to 3-room HDB flats in the South East district. You cannot apply directly — help is delivered through partner organisations. If you or an elderly family member could use this, ask your social worker, Family Service Centre, or nearest Social Service Office to connect you to a South East partner.
