How to apply
For Chinese Singapore Citizen or PR families with household income of $2,400 or less, or $800 or less per person. Covers help with rent, utilities, childcare and student care fees, and grocery vouchers. Apply online at the myCDAC portal with Singpass; a caseworker calls within 7 working days to assess your case.
